Where This Journey Began

I had ‘it all’ and it still wasn’t enough.

For nearly two decades, I built and led a thriving business in the adventure and tourism industry. On the surface, I had everything I thought I wanted—financial success, a flexible lifestyle, and six months of vacation each year.

Sounds like the dream, right?

And yet, despite feeling grateful, I wasn’t fulfilled. I was chasing what success was supposed to look like, trying to fit into someone else’s version of achievement, imitating conventional leadership styles and disconnected from my own superpowers.

I realized that no matter how big you build it, if it’s not aligned with your true purpose and vision, and if you’re not being authentically you, it will never bring you genuine satisfaction.

As I focused on developing and inspiring my team, I realized that my strengths lay in helping others see theirs.

I had to acknowledge that I wasn’t living my dream. I sold and left behind the business, and set out to serve leaders who, like me, are ready to break free from external expectations and start leading and living authentically.

My story

  • Leaning into instinct

    I’ve spent my career trusting my gut when it comes to direction. It’s not something you can learn in a textbook or replicate with a formula; it’s an instinct. I’m known as The Gambler—yes, like the Kenny Rogers song—because I have an innate ability to know when to hold ‘em and when to fold ‘em.

  • Knowing the next move

    Whether it's jumping on an opportunity to buy real estate and expand, or making the bold decision to downsize (to right size), or knowing when it's time to pivot product offerings, I have an inner compass that allows me to see the next best move.

  • My own true north

    By staying in my zone of genius, I use this compass to guide myself and those around me into (usually unchartered) new territories of alignment, success, and deep satisfaction.

  • People-first, always

    As a long-time business owner, I am absolutely driven by both performance and financial success. But NEVER at the cost of the people around me, especially those who help build, grow, and maintain a business. I believe that we can build profitable, high-performing businesses WITH people-first cultures that uplift EVERY SINGLE PERSON on the team.

I approach every client with curiosity and warmth because I know what it’s like to be in their shoes—winging it, learning as you go, balancing ambition with self-doubt. I bring my authentic self to the table, whether that means digging deep into strategy or admitting when something feels off.

As an explorer at heart, I draw inspiration from the outdoors—both literally and figuratively. Whether I’m hiking a new trail or navigating the uncharted territories of someone’s business journey, I’m driven by curiosity.

And while I have creds to back up my approach, I rebel against many of the norms of the coaching industry—the cookie-cutter programs, the surface-level advice, the one-size-fits-all approach. With me, you get real talk, real solutions, and a commitment to uncovering what makes your business tick—and thrive.
